My focus these days is on Active, Creative Aging. Let’s get moving and grooving to stay active, have fun, challenge ourselves and stay flexible.

I’ve been a dance instructor for over 30 years, teaching recreational dance classes online and in my community. I love all styles of dance and cater my classes to beginners and intermediate dancers.

I get a lot of questions about my lifestyle and how I stay healthy. Basically, I prioritize protein and my metabolic health. I actively monitor my blood pressure, blood sugar, waist circumference, triglycerides and HDL cholesterol levels, and I choose to eat food that has kept me in normal ranges for all of those factors. For me, that means a primarily carnivore diet.

I’m not a health coach (though it’s something I’d like to do in the future), but I’m happy to share what has worked for me, personally.
